Y’all! I’m not sure how it is in your part of the world but here in Texas, it’s a HOT day!! Perfect weather for an Andes Iced Mocha.?? One of my favorite afternoon tasks is grabbing a chocolatey treat and answering your email. That’s just what’s happening this afternoon! Sharing my Andes Mint Iced Mocha recipe with you all today. Super quick, SUPER SIMPLE, and super delicious!
Yields: 1 fabulous 12 OZ Mocha
- 1/2 Cup Strong brewed Coffee or 2 shots Espresso
- 3 TBS Andes Mint Chips or Crushed Andes Chocolate
- 1 TBS Raw Sugar(Option! If you like your coffee on the sweeter side, add at will! :)
- 3 TBS Half and Half (You can use Whole Milk if preferred!)
- Dash Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
1.) In large mixing cup combine Hot Coffee and Andes mints(and sugar if adding). Stir well to dissolve! Add Vanilla, Milk/Cream, and Stir or blend(For this part, I use an immersion blender to create a frothy texture!)
2.) Pour over Ice and ENJOY!!
