  2. Make a crater in the center of your flour mixture.
  3. Put oil and milk into the center of your flour crater.
  4. mix well with your fork but don’t over mix! Form dough into a ball in the center of your pie plate.

  1. Ooooh! Can’t wait to try this pie crust. Hmmmm. really hard question!! I think my favorite would be Chocolate Chip pie or Blueberry though we don’t make those for thanksgiving. Pumpkin is a must and so delicious!! Happy Thanksgiving to you all. :) <3

  2. I think Cherry is probably my favorite these days; LOVED black raspberry as a child, and probably still would, if black raspberries were available to me, but you just can’t seem to buy them in stores around here at least. We had berry briars in our backyard when I was a little girl, and so had them to make pies with.

  3. WOW those pies look great! What time should we come and join you for dinner?!
If I could, I’d bring along a favorite apple pie with crumb topping or pastry topping, with creamy Vanilla ice cream.
thanks for sharing your pie recipe and technique!

Praying for y’all a Blessed (Happy, Very Happy) and SAFE Thanksgiving!!!

  4. Strawberry Rhubarb is my absolute favorite pie, but really isn’t anything in a super yummy crust and baked to perfection simply irresistible?!? :)

  5. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families! Thank you for the faithful and wonderful work that you do! I have been blessed by your headcoverings and they are among my favorites. Thank you also for this simple crust recipe, as from-scratch crusts do intimidate me, but this one casts out all fear, like perfect love. ;-). I will definitely try it!

Pecan pie is a childhood favorite!!
